Shipment to Cyprus

  • All orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
  • The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Cost

  • Fixed fee 5€ for all missions.
  • Free shipping for orders worth 50€ and above.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before the 15:00 processed on the same day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it.

Product Availability

Product Returns and Defective Products

If you changed your mind about the tool you purchased, we accept returns within 14
calendar days from the date of issue of the relevant receipt
product.

Return Process

To return a product, you must return it to its original condition.

during the inspection, our technician finds that the returned product is not
comply with these terms, then the Company may refuse to accept
the return of the product.

If the returned product meets the requirements and is in excellent condition, the
Customer can receive a full refund using the same method of payment. If shipping costs were paid in the original transaction,
is borne by the Customer who returns the product.

To return a defective product, the Customer must do so within 30
calendar days from the date of issue of the relevant receipt
