The registered address of the Company and the physical store of the Company is located at 3A Panteli Katelari Street, Lakatamia, 2323, Nicosia, Cyprus. The Company only serves customers located within the Republic of Cyprus.

The following words shall have the following meaning: «Customer» means the legal or natural person who purchases tools from the Supplier «Supplier» means Γ.Α. ΕΡΓΑΛΕΙΟΕΠΙΣΚΕΥΑΣΤΙΚΗ ΛΤΔ «Manufacturer» means the original manufacturer of the tools, i.e. STIHL, HIKOKI, METABO, EIBENSTOCK, ZANON, LONCIN, MASTER «Tools» means any power tools and garden and construction machinery, equipment and/or accessories
3. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or change its Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit the website to check the terms for any modifications.
4. Information about the Tools/Products posted on the Website
The Tools/Products posted on the website are not manufactured by the Company and the information provided is for informational purposes only. The Customer accepts that the photographs and videos available on the website may deviate/differ from the actual shape, size, color and general appearance of the tools sold on the Company's website. The Company is not responsible for any deviation.

7. Delivery
At G.A. ERGALEIOEPISKEUASTIKI LTD, we offer fast and reliable shipping exclusively via ACS Courier throughout Cyprus. Below you will find all the details regarding the shipping and delivery process.
Shipment to Cyprus
- All orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
- The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
- For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping Cost
- Fixed fee 5€ for all missions.
- Free shipping for orders worth 50€ and above.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before the 15:00 processed on the same day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it.

8. Payments

9. Product Returns and Defective Products
If you have changed your mind about the tool you purchased, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of issue of the relevant product receipt. For product returns, you can contact the Company:

Return Process
To return a product, you must return it in its original sealed packaging, undamaged and with all relevant documents. If during the inspection, our technician finds that the returned product does not comply with these terms, then the Company may refuse to accept the return of the product.
If the returned product meets the requirements and is in perfect condition, the Customer may receive a full refund using the same method of payment. If shipping costs were paid in the original transaction, they are the responsibility of the Customer returning the product.
To return a defective product, the Customer must do so within 30 calendar days from the date of issue of the relevant receipt of the product. The Customer has the option of receiving a full refund in the same manner as the original transaction or replacing the returned product with another product from the Company's store.
Professional tools such as HIKOKI, STIHL, METABO, EIBENSTOCK that are offered with a warranty can be returned after 30 calendar days as they have a longer warranty. Customers are advised to visit the Manufacturers' website for more details and information regarding the warranty period and any extensions of the warranty period.
10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
The applicable law of these Terms and Conditions is the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any dispute arising between the Customer and the Company regarding these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
These Terms and Conditions have been translated. You agree that the original Greek text will prevail in case of any dispute.
