Yes. The total warranty period of a STIHL machine cannot exceed 3 years (36 months). If you have already earned an additional warranty for this specific machine through a different extension program (e.g. promotional offers with simultaneous fuel purchase), the maximum period remains 3 years and this limit cannot be exceeded.
What do I do if a repair is needed during the extension?;
Store it carefully. invoice/receipt of purchase and the registration confirmation that you received by e-mail. Bring these two documents with you to our store for the repair. As an official certified STIHL Cyprus dealer, we immediately undertake any warranty repair with genuine spare parts.
What happens if the 30 days pass without me registering the machine?;
In this case, it is no longer possible to activate the additional warranty and only the basic factory warranty will apply (2 years for amateur use, 1 year for professional use). No extension of the 30-day deadline is provided. — we therefore recommend that you complete the registration as soon as possible after purchase. It only takes a few minutes online.
